Pet Policy

Pets welcome. Breed and weight restrictions apply. Non-refundable $300 pet fee, $20/month per pet. Max 2 pets per unit. See agent for details.Resident shall keep all pets vaccinated and registered with appropriate local/state officials in accordance with applicable law. All pets must be 6 months in age or older. Weight restriction 30 lbs at full grown. No dog breeds will be allowed who are known to exhibit aggressive or vicious behavior, including but not limited to the following: Rottweiler, Husky, Pit Bull, Great Dane, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincer, Wolf Hybrid.
